Picasso’s Artistic Floors is our local, family-run business. Rafael Picasso, the founder, had a big dream back in 2001. He wanted to start a flooring company that really cared about its customers. With a background in home remodeling, he knew he could make beautiful floors for people’s homes and businesses.
Since starting, our business has grown, allowing us to serve not just Waco but also Temple, Killeen, and the surrounding communities. Keeping customers happy has always been our top priority.
